not writing down every dream from oct, but i've been having vivid ones again lately so going to record the last few.

last night i dreamt i was in a giant game of airsoft war. it was all with strangers. i was really scared though & didn't want to get shot. it was mostly adults and a few children playing with us. my strategy was to just keep moving to a different hiding spot & running. people kept ruining the hiding spot or finding it really quickly. i don't think i shot back very often.

dreamt i was at a school, working, thought it was pretty unclear what my role was. i was supposed to meet a small chamber music ensemble somewhere around the school but couldn't figure out where & no one could help. i felt very stressed so i went back to the main building & there was a class going on. they told me the chamber ensemble was a 15min drive away & i had missed the class i was supposed to tech & left all those students there. suddenly a knife sawed a circle through one of the panels on the ceiling & a child fell through like a cartoon. then it happened again. then i looked down at my cello & a seam had split. the whole cello fell apart piece by piece. i started hyperventilating & woke up.

2 dreams from the same night

first dream - i was back home visiting & i had a pet tiger. it was gentle but i started to feel bad for it, didn't understand why i owned an exotic pet. then a bear burst out of a wardrobe. it was furious. it had been trapped inside for 12 years. it ran off & killed people. the fire department went looking for the bear. i felt angry and confused that i had a bear as a pet & that it had gotten locked up for so long. the bear came back & noomi & the tiger cuddled up with it. i wasn't worried that it would get me, but i felt apprehensive around it. i had to put all of them in the attic so they wouldn't hurt anyone else.

second dream - i was out with R, L, and Z. we saw a youtube or maybe livestreamed video of chelsea manning about to get attacked by a bear while she was giving a lecture to a group out in a prairie. went on a helicopter to the place it had happened. we flew over arizona and looked down & saw big mesas & golf courses. we got out & went walking around a neighborhood for a bike. z forgot his bike somewhere. we went back for it & on the way stopped at a house to see if it was for rent & big enough for all of us. found a great house with a basement. found the bike in the basement. then we went out for karaoke & pizza. L stopped at a different pizza place that had better pizza than the karaoke bar's pizza, the rest of us just got it from the karaoke bar.
