april dreams

dreamt I was helping a bee colony find a new place to build a home. I was chewing fruity gum and some of the bees kept trying to explore so I kept my mouth closed. I was not worried though

nap dream: I was walking through tgp but it was way shadier/softer feeling. Storybook woods environment with blue greens & soft lighting. Walked to z m’s house for a house show he booked. Set up my cello and pedals to play but only 2 or 3 people came to watch & both of the touring bands cancelled so I decided not to play. A children’s church group did a dance routine, but the 2 kids I was focused on looked unenthused. I could recall conversations between them, they did not want to do the dance routine. All the kids had on matching color shirts (red?) with letters & they lined up & it spelled wnderchurch. There were extra kids with no letters, I silently questioned why there was no “o” in wonder church. Then I was back in the park walking with Z and he read me a poem about Saint Louis. When I woke up I could almost remember a joke at the end of the poem, but it faded.

I was talking to someone in their grey kitchen, asking what they were getting their parents for Christmas. they said they were giving their father a book and a tab of extasy. I asked if their dad liked to do that and they said they were unsure, they were going to see how the gift exchange went over. I was examining a blueberry muffin closely while we had this conversation and it had mold over it. I'm starting to remember another plot involving a child with powers & a bunch of people neglecting the kid/ telling me I had to ignore the child and wasn't allowed to spend time with him anymore.

dreamt I was sitting in a driveway with 2 men. we were having a discussion about something and melting icecicles into the pavement. the water ran down around & under me and refroze and I slid down the driveway.

I don't remember my full dream but it had to do with looking at a table of clutter, close up, a set of keys and crumpled papers, a watch, writing utensils, etc

from a couple days ago, was being driven to a job interview by a lady who was also going to be interviewed. she had brown hair in a slicked back ponytail and wore a business-y navy blazer & pencil skirt. she drove us in a red pickup. we were very late, we got there at 4:20 (nice) and the office closed at 4:30. we parked and she called to ask if we could still come in to interview and got in a fight with someone inside and they started screaming at each other. a woman came out of the building and motioned to me to come in, but I stayed in the truck. I think I called z and we made plans to watch a storm come though later and the woman drove me to wherever

dreamt I did not get my recordings in to L and his friend on time & there was no big consequence, they were just mildly disappointed & asked me to do them, this will probably happen irl hahaha

dreamt 3 or 4 men were trying to break in to our house. my roommate and I weren't sure if we should/ could leave. they had bats & were yelling & threatening. we called a friend over & the 3 of us knew not to call the cops because it would just make things worse. I think the men got inside and it felt like being in water with sharks, we weren't sure what they would do. I think maybe they were breaking stuff but we were hiding

was sitting around a fire with a group of people. I know there was more to the dream but I didn't write it down soon enough :(

dreamt a friend made me tea (this actually happened yesterday!) but the cup was full of loose damp tea leaves & I think I was supposed to put them on my face. I remember swirling them about with my finger & it was lavender tea. no images appeared in the dredges.
